This website is used to manage memberships for those of Health Group customers who have paying members.

Membership is a subscription. That means that you yourself manage the membership not Health Group. If you want to cancel, activate or otherwise manage your payments you need to login and make the changes you want.

With regard to Covid-19 then you have to unsubscribe yourself if you do not want to pay for your membership. This does not happen automatically, as the fitness center is based on you administrating your membership yourself.
